Start and end dates view in class

In addition to 'standard, 'attendance mode', and 'workshop enrollment' views in the class, it would be great to have a view that shows all start and end dates for individual students. this way you can provide progress reports to clients where they can see when units where completed by students, or when they are due to be completed

  In the class matrix view you can use the 'Columns' feature which allows you to add column of certain fields on the class matrix page. You can also setup saved views under System Settings > RTO/VET Settings > Class Matrix Saved Views.

  This is a great feature, I also use it to quickly generate reports displaying information related to students enrolled in the same class such as mobile no, email, commencement date etc.

  It would be great if we were able to have unit start and end dates displayed on the class matrix page, I think this is what Jessica has also asked for. At the moment, this option is not available in the "Column" feature.

  Could be an idea that other RTO's can vote on George. 

   

  Jessica you can use the Unit Enrolments report that will be able to see their progress and their unit start/end dates. You can even filter on showing units which have a start/end date of next month for example. 

   

  Using the Column feature will provide you with the higher level enrolment information.

  It would be great if we could get people to vote on having the unit level start and end dates added to the Column feature.

  Clients seem to like the 'pretty' reports that show everything in colour / simple format. The Unit Enrolments report lists things downwards, making it harder to see clearly where students are at, and identify their top and low performers.
