Adding more fields could be added to the emails that come through when we create a course note.

Mainly Organisation, or venue, just so the receiver/trainer know which course it directly applies to. Instead of having to dig further (course ID, date, contact name) into the workshop

  Hi Kayla,

  Could you please clarify which notifications you are referring to? e.g. Do you mean the checkbox that is labelled "Notify Trainer" when you update a workshop?

  This request has had several votes and it should be fairly straightforward for us complete so we would like to get a clear idea of the scope and schedule this job in the coming months.

  Hi Michael,

  Below is an example of the course note we will send to our trainers. 

  It doesn't pull through the Organisation or Venue of the course. We have to add everything listed in Note section.

  Michael has advised this work is being completed during our current development cycle. Release date would be April 24th.
