Portfolio feature for enrolments and classes!
I have a feature recommendation
Basically I want the ability to upload documents on a class level. This feature would enable a portfolio on every class instance with all the features currently on the contact portfolio level.
Also the checklist that I create for the class portfolios do not show up on a contact portfolio level and vica-versa.
Also each student enrolment also has a portfolio upload section with it's own checklist features aswell.
Basically we want to create a student file for each enrolment and upload documents against the enrolment rather than the contact. As a student could have 2 enrolments, it makes more sense to upload documents against the enrolment rather than the contact.
Also if there's any class documents like attendance sheets, we would like to upload these documents against the class rather than on an external system which doesn't intergrate with Axcelerate.
These features will be implemented across the system which would have features like
• Accessibility Control - (Enabling user permission to upload into either class portfolio, student portfolio, contact portfolio as their will be trainers who would be allowed to upload to the class level but not on an enrolment level or vica-versa.
• Reporting - We should be able to report on these multiple portfolios and create reports as you would with the contact portfolios.
• Any other system wide features that already are including in the current contact portfolio system.
I believe this is a much needed feature across Axcelerate and I hope Axcelerate can see the benefit of uploading on top of contacts, documents against student enrolments and class instances.
Kind Regards,
Dogan
