Cohort Capacity

It would be handy to be able to set a capacity against a cohort as we have certain qualifications that we limit. Currently you can only set a capacity against a workshop.

  I can confirm that an Allowed Learners section has been added to the Class update page to allow minimum and maximum learner numbers to be set against a class instance.

  We absolutely see the value in this. Has any traction or development occurred in this space? 

  Similar to workshops, enabling a "Cap" /Minimum and Maximum student enrolments - this would assist with us not having to manually remove Classes from our enrolment form when they are full (i.e. reached classroom capacity), especially with COVID-19 restrictions still very strict in some states. 

  If we could replicate the ability to set capacities in a "Class", similar to workshops, this would greatly benefit our business. 

  Interested to see the development in this space.

  Hi Team, 

  Fully support this idea, currently this is a large limitation for us - especially with the Online Enrolment Form integration, if it could show the 'spots available' like Workshops, and also cease new enrolments when it has reached capacity that would significantly reduce manual checking / administration and align with the Workshop Caps. 

  Keen to see this as an improvement, and hope that other providers would also see benefit in this.

  Hi aXcelerate, 

  Is this a feature that could be included in future development improvements?

  Setting capacity for a class/cohort (outside of the workshop) function would give aXcelerate more usability. 
  For us, we create classes but don't link workshops as it does not offer efficiency for our current business processes. So we would love the ability that once a class/cohort becomes full at capacity that it can close on its own (like workshops) and without manually checking this.
