Client employer should have access to Notes and Portfolio for their employees
I've been going through the process of setting up a Client Portal for one of our biggest clients. The reasons for this includes the opportunity to 'tie' them closer to us. We do not have Student Portal, so there is no information stored against the student record that the employer is not already privvy to.
I think the employer should have access to the Student Notes and Portfolio records so that the employer can upload copies of prior quals and make training related notes against their employee record.
Whilst I understand other RTOs do utilise the Student Portal and students may use the notes section for personal records, I think that we should be able to turn on or off this feature when setting up the Client Portal for employers.
