Hi Helen, can I ask for some examples as to how you might use/customise additional coordination types?

    Hi Jade,

We have two types of clients that we deliver in-house courses to. We label them 'contract' and 'do and charge'. At the moment they are all going under the one coordination type but if we had an additional type we could do better reporting and set up workflows.

    Hi Helen,

Thanks for providing this additional clarification. Currently, course Workflows can be actioned for specific client organisations, however, this could be difficult to manage with large numbers of clients. It would be great to hear from any other clients that may have a similar requirement.

Thanks Jade. I am aware of the client organisation trigger but we have too many clients to use that efficiently. It would really help us to make better use of workflow if we could have a different coordination type.

    Hi Jade,

We also would benefit from this.

We have multiple clients that we deliver in-house courses to. The manual labeling is also the only way to decipher the different Client types.

Currently the limitation I don't think is the Coordination Type but if we had an additional category type we could do better reporting and set up workflows.

A 'Sub-Category' in Workshops would help in achieving this.

    e.g. Coordination Type: in-house

    Sub-Category: Contract A

    e.g. Coordination Type: in-house

    Sub-Category: Contract B

Making this Sub-Category available at the aXc Workshop level and in the Workflow Engine Conditions would help us tremendously.

    Regards

    Mirko

Would it be possible to add organisation category to the workflow conditions? That way we could have coordination type 'in-house' and org category 'contract' and then we could run the work flows how we want to

Hi Mirko and Helen, thanks for the input on this idea. The ability to trigger workflows based on a client organisation category sounds like a great idea that would be easier to implement than adding additional coordination types or sub-categories.
