Email - Resend or Forward

It would be wonderful to have an easy option for re-sending an email.

We regularly receive bounce backs or requests for an email to be sent again, so need a solution other than saving a screenshot as a PDF, which we are currently doing. The original may have been system generated, merge doc, invoice template etc etc.

  Agreed.  This would also require the full contents of the original email to be retained by the system - i.e. including the attachments, which it currently does not do.

  We are having the same issues with bounce backs,   typos in email addresses , resend requests etc.

  100% agree need to be able to resend a previously sent email instead of having to redo it.  You can't download a copy of it to send as an attachment either. thanks
