Certificate Print Order

Hey there

Everything in aXcelerate is in alphabetical order in regards to student names for classes and or workshops. But when you print out the participants certificates, they print out all mixed up. I spend half my day putting them in alphabetical order to match the course list and address labels printed. 

Can we have them printed in alphabetical order (Surname) please.

  Hi all, we are happy to report that we have been able to resolve this issue. This fix is currently in our testing cycle scheduled for release on the 14th of June.

  Hi Paul, this is still on our radar, however, for technical reasons this is a non-trivial fix. We hope that future updates we plan to make to the underlying infrastructure of storing certificate PDF files will allow us to resolve this sorting issue. We will keep everyone updated with any progress, however at this point cannot provide a fixed delivery date.

  While you are at it, can we request that there be some way to record re- issue of a certificate. Either store any pdf or only the most recent, but record the certificate number and the issue or re issue date.

  Has there been any progress on this topic for when this will be fixed? 

  As our admin team is also spending most of their time putting the certificates in alphabetical order. 

  This is high on our importance list.
