Adding events to calendars

I would like to add an event to our calendar eg Public holiday so we do not book training courses on this date.

With the new calendar view I am unable to add an event into the calendar. This would be very handy to be able to do.

  Hi Chloe,

  Are you aware of the 'Book Assets' function under the 'Resources' tab? With this function you can select 'All Trainers' 'All Rooms' and 'All Equipment' and 'book them all out' for a specific day e.g. ANZAC Day Monday 25th of April. When you do this, all these resources or 'assets' will be booked out on that day. When you try to schedule training for that day, aXcelerate will display a 'clash' the same way it does with other calendar clashes currently. Hope this helps.
