    Hi Andy, have you looked into the "report row events" feature of workflow engine (see https://axcelerate.atlassian.net/wiki/display/AH/Workflow+Actions+-+Reports)? Depending on your requirements, you should be able to create a saved report based on the "Contact Details - Warehoused" report filtering on the appropriate category as the trigger of the automated task. If contacts within the specific category change frequently, you could have a weekly/daily workflow schedule but use the "Max Every" setting when creating the "Send Contact Template" type automated task to prevent recipients getting the same email over and over.     Maybe it can be looked at for future releases to just include contact category as a selection. Thanks
