    Hi Calvin,
    It is possible to create a workflow that sends an email to task owners on the due date for tasks created by the Workflow manual task system - please see the following help articles for further information:

    Thanks for the responses.

    Checking the mobile site doesn't really achieve what i'm looking for here. I was hoping for users to be prompted of follow ups without having to go to another page or website. I wanted to reduce the number of follow ups not being actioned on their due date by incorporating a reminder somewhere that is constantly visible.

    I'm currently trying to check out the workflow engine to automatically send an email. At the moment it doesn't appear as though I can use the workflow engine to automatically send an email on contact record follow up tasks - it's only for the new manual tasks? I've spoken to the support team and I'll keep testing and reading through the help guide but it doesn't look like the workflow engine is going to help either.

    There is a little notification bell in the top right hand corner of the banner at the moment. Mine is filled with useless information at the moment so i'm not sure what the purpose of this bell is. Could this bell be used as follow up reminder instead or as well as?

    Hi Guys,
    I agree that the 'notifications bell' icon would be very handy if it displayed number of follows scheduled for today. We don't use the icon at the moment at all.

    Hi All,
    @Calvin - The workflow reminder will work only with follow ups created by the Workflow Engine (these will have the new UI similar to manual tasks), so there may need to be some configuration done to enable this - we will get in contact via the Support Centre to sort this out.

    The notifications bell is something that we hope to develop to display a range to useful notifications from aXcelerate, and I think that follow up reminders would be a great fit! Currently, this only shows notifications relating to template email batches, however we are open to suggestions of what you think would be useful to see in the notifications icon/panel.

    I know this is an old thread, but yes new tasks appearing in the notifications bell would be extremely useful as opposed to just the email batch information now - it's a wasted feature. Every platform gives you a notification when you have a new message or similar - tasks are the same idea!
