Non-accredited certificates available from classes

The green "certificate of training (non-accre)" certificate type is only able to use be issued from workshops. It would be great to be able to use these from classes. We do a lot of accredited training but prefer to use classes to record non-accredited course progress.

  The Certificate Type: Certificate of Training (non-accre) is available in the drop down menu when issuing a certificate from a class (aka qualification/program) however it doesn't work. If we could use this certificate type in the same manner that Statement of Attainment and Completed Qualification certificates are issued that would be great. The only difference is that you wouldn't need a USI to issue one of these.
