For the benefit of anyone reading this post, aXcelerate now supports several "status qualifier" values that can be used to supplement the base statuses. For example, you could set an enrolment to "Cancelled - Withdrawn". These status qualifiers can also be used when reporting on enrolments by status in the new report builder.

I've tested this out and unfortunately it removes the student from the "Class Matrix" (so you can't see them) and also once you've updated the Status to "Cancelled - Withdrawn" - it allows you to 'Delete Enrolment'. This is not going to work for us, as we need to see & retain these enrolments and continue to report them to HESG (Vic. government), to meet our reporting requirements. The best option would be for the main/ primary 'Status' field to have Withdrawn as a selection.

    Hi Lisa,
Although cancelled/withdrawn students are not displayed in the class matrix by default, they can still be viewed by changing the "Filter by Status" dropdown, and still get reported for AVETMISS. If deleting enrolments completely is a rare occurance, the "Enrolments - Delete" permission can be removed to disable this option. As the "Cancelled" status is core to the inner-workings of class enrolments, we have added status qualifiers to provide additional information.
