Invoicing an In-house workshop - participant numbers
When generating an Invoice for an "In-house Workshop". The description and calculation works off the "Expected Participants" not the "Actual Participants" number? Unless of course the actual participants is greater than the expected. Can this always be changed to a figure that the administrator can enter.
You're encouraged to set up group booking prices as a minimum and then a per person cost over the minimum yet when it comes to using the invoicing feature you use an expected 'mythical' number? Rather confusing?!?!

I agree , the invoicing should work off the actual numbers or the expected number should be able to be modified downwards if required. I am required to enter this expected number when creating the workshop and if this is over estimated, it cannot be edited and the invoice then have to be modified manually to reflect the actual numbers. Painful.
