Report on workshop tasks

I want to be able to report on all workshop tasks. This is for several reasons:
• To report on KPIs for administrative staff activities around allocated tasks – both completed and incomplete tasks
• Identify what tasks are upcoming in the next period, whether that be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly.
• To identify task workload inequity
I know the data is in there; I just want to get it out! As a csv file or excel is fine. I don’t care how raw.

  Any update on this? I haven't been able to find a report that queries workshop (we call them courses) tasks. I don't use workflow tasks for courses because every course we deliver is different and the workflow tasks are inflexible for our purposes. I still want to report
