Deleting financial information
CompletedI have been having issues with the invoicing / payments section. It would be very beneficial if the financial data can be deleted if a mistake has been made rather than generating credit notes etc. Other accounting programs such as MYOB allow you to delete invoices / payments etc. until end of month reconciliations etc.

Hi all, I am going to marked this idea as "completed", as we introduced the "Finance - Master" permission some time ago which allows for an invoice to be "unlocked" and modified. More information on finance permissions can be found here: User Permissions

The Finance area needs to be more flexible to allow for changes.
We are having to raise numerous credits to make simple amendments such as add/amend a Purchase Order number.Many of our larger clients reject invoices for simple mistakes such as an incorrect PO.
The volume of credits we do to rectify simple changes does not look good from an accounting perspective.
