Email sending (Templates)
Currently there are too many steps to send an email. It would be nice to cut out some of these steps so it is quicker to pick and send an email.
For example, when entering text into custom fields, you have to click save, then email, then on the next screen, click send again. By the time you select student, qualification, template first, there are many clicks and screens to go through.
Even just being able to click 'save and send' and it all happens in one screen would be a huge improvement. Then you could just have it so if you needed to CC, or send from another email, you could click a different button to go to that screen as needed. 99% of our emails we don't need to change anything on the next page.

I agree that there could be a better way of sending Templates when you need to enter custom text.
At the moment we have to click 'Template' then find the appropriate template, then press 'Edit template', make the changes then click 'Save', then send the email which has quite a few clicks.
Then once the email is sent we have to go back to find the template and change it back to how it originally was, which can be quite a pain if you are busy.
There should be a way to temporarily add custom text without needing to alter the original template.
