Better workflow on USI verification
CompletedFor us, the USI verification process is tedious and not well worked.
It would be great if a 'verify USI' button was added to the update contact page or standard, instead of having to update any incorrect or missing data, then go back into USI management, find the student and verify again.
As this happens multiple times in one course instance in some cases, the ability to somehow verify at instance level would also be ideal.
At present we are going in and out of a course mulitple times, to verify all USI's or make any changes and re verify which is creating time we simply do not have, given the amount of training we do. In short this process is beginning to kill us.
I would be interested to know if any one else is having similar back log issues in dealing with USI's and how they are managing it.

Hi James, I am happy to let you know that we have made an enhancement to be able to verify a student's USI directly from the contact view page (as per the discussion at https://axcelerate.zendesk.com/hc/communities/public/questions/205232408-Verify-USI-at-Student-Profile-level), which will hopefully help to streamline the USI verification process. This feature will be available in the next release.
