Multiple template defaults set by user or domain

It would be very useful if we could have different "Booking Confirmation Email" templates for different users/domains as we have Co-Providers and each one would be able to use a different template for their booking confirmation emails with their own logo, phone number, etc.
At the moment they (Co-Providers) have to use the same booking confirmation email as us (RTO), so we need to include our name/logo and all their names too. This could be a little confusing to the person receiving the email, they might not know which company is doing their course. I'm sure we will start getting phone calls that are meant for the Co-Providers and vice-versa.
This feature would benefit all the companies with co-providers.

  In addition to this it would also be good to be able to set a domain for each template so that co-providers are only able to access and use templates relevant to their organisation. It would also be great to be able to create our own template categories
