    Hi All,

As part of our latest release, we have updated the process for creating Contact Notes, allowing you to upload up to three files, with support for both upload and drag-and-drop methods.

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hi Mark,

On many modern browsers, a file can actually be dragged and dropped onto the "Choose File" button itself, instead of needing to browse for the file again. While I agree that being able to drag the file into the note itself would be very handy, hopefully this little trick will help.

    Hi Jade,
We use the latest versions of Chrome and IE on our network which do not work like that.

    Hi Mark,

From my testing (Windows 7), this works on the latest versions of Chrome and FF, however a cross-browser implementation with a larger "drop zone" as you suggest could definitely be implemented to make the process more user friendly.

Also adding multiple files to the same note please. This would be a huge help. Maybe add a number next to the paperclip to say how many files.

A new drag-and-drop file upload control has been added to the form for adding contact notes, and is now available to be tested in staging. Please provide any feedback you may have.

    Hi Jade
Like you mention you could already drag and drop a file to the choose button. This change makes it clearer that you can do that, and works well, However I think the multiple files option would be really handy.
