Emailed notes with hyperlinks

When emailing a note to another user it would be great if the email notification came with a hyperlink on the contact records name that would allow you to go straight to the contact records page instead of having to search for them through axcelerate.

  How can we include this type of hyperlink in templates and merge docs? Is there a merge field we can use?

  Hi Ben, you should be able to use the [Trainee Contact ID] template field to construct a link to the contact view page in aXcelerate. There is currently no supported way of achieving this with merge docs (as the only contact known to a merge doc is the recipient, offering a link is probably less useful in this case).
