Our resource and media libraries are becoming significanlty large. While use of tags can help with finding items, it would be great to be able to sort these into folders or categories. 
Particularly for the student side. Our students are having trouble finding resources from the library as it requires them to search for what they need and they don't always know what they are looking for. 
From the student portal, it would be great to have themed folders, represented by familiar icons so students can easily navigate to what they want. For example, folders could be sorted into categories like podcasts, videos, policies, guides, templates etc

  I also think the search functionality needs to be improved. At the moment it relies on tags or titles but would be great if it could use AI to find features of an image i.e. show me a picture of a classroom and it searches your image library for anything that matches.
