Seamless course detail change request

Could the changes made to the course be more seamless to update?

Changing the trainer:

Ideal
Change the trainer under ‘update’ from and everything will update

Currently
1. Change the trainer under ‘update’
2. go to ‘class’ update assessor and bulk update assessor
3. do this for second page if there are more participants

Changing the venue:

Ideal
change the venue under 'venue' and everything will update

Currently
1. Change the venue at ‘'venue
2. Change the delivery location at ‘update’
3. Change the delivery location at ‘class’ – ‘update’

Changing the date:

Ideal
Change the date at 'sessions' and everything will update

Currently
1. Change the date at ‘sessions’
2. Change the date at ‘class’-‘update’-‘class descriptor’
3. Change the date at ‘class’-‘update’-‘dates’
4. Change the access start date at ‘class’ – ‘bulk actions’ – ‘bulk update assessment details’ – ‘access start’
5. Change the elearning name at ‘class’-‘update’- units of competency-HLTAID-update assessment name date
6. Go to every single participant’s ‘qualifications’ and update ‘actual completion’ date
