Class Matrix: Default View Configuration

Currently, the Class Matrix opens in "Modules" view by default.

It would be helpful to have a system UI setting to change the default view to "Assessments" (or other options), based on organisational preference.

This would save time and improve usability.

  It would be helpful to have a UI for users to be able to select and save their preferred view. We wouldn't use Assessments but we have other views. Very frustrating you have to select it every time.
