It would be cool if the form builder feature could be expanded upon to be used in other areas of a student's journey/aXcelerate portal - such as third party reports, work history reports, etc. If we could build these and then enrol or deploy them to selected students, that would be helpful.

  Definetly agree with this. In addition to your examples, one such situation we'd like is assignment extension requests. But I could see it being a great tool for other student administration forms where they could digitally complete it in aXc, and we have a formal recorded document on their file.

  Absolutely. Assessment extensions is a great example. We'd also like forms directly related to the learner journey to be able to be created like a Withdrawal Form.

  Agreed, we'd really find an extended forms option useful to minimise email communications and keep these records within aXcelerate.
