Trainer/Student contact feature/report to track contact

Management need a report/feature we can run to check on when the trainer last made contact with a student. 

This keeps track of who the trainer has contacted and who hasn't been contacted. 

There currently is no feature/report for us to run to check in - this helps with progression reports etc.

  Hi Lani,

  We use the Learner Activities (can be located in a learners intake/classe) for this, and it’s been a really effective approach for us.

  Our trainers log all workplace visits, student contact interactions, and any other relevant engagement as activities. This creates a consistent record across the board.

  The benefit is that I can then run reports for a specific period and quickly identify any learners who haven’t been contacted or visited, which helps us stay on top of engagement.
