    Hi Shelley & Tomos,

    While the option provided by Tomos will provide a user's invitation, this link could have already expired if the initial invitation is past 90 days.

    To avoid this, invitations are best sent directly from a user.

    Users can be accessed from;

    • Either their Contact page > Actions > Update User Record > Resend Invite
    • Or by searching for a user within Settings > System Users > Edit User (pencil icon for the user in the list.) > Resend Invite

    Hi Shelley,

    There will a template in your template library that the login email is sent off.

    If you can work out which one it is, you will be able to send this template to them which will allow them to login to the student portal.
