Pin multiple contact notes
I find the ability to pin notes really helpful, and there are certain types of notes I always like to pin. However some students really need more than one note pinned which is not currently possible. We pin things like name discrepancy information, eligibilty information when student is on a temporary visa, and any special circumstances for the student. But a student can have more than one of those things - for example, a student who is on a temporary visa but is also deaf and needs an interpreter when enrolling and in class. Both those things are important for staff to know. I recognise having unlimited pinning would defeat the purpose, but I think allowing 2-3 notes to be pinned would be very helpful.

Agree, would be great if you could pin more that one contact note for a student. We have documents that a trainer needs to be aware that would be very useful if they could be pinned (they dont have access to portfolio items as this contains documents they dont need to be privy too). An adjustment to 3 pinned would be fantastic!

Multiple pins would be really helpful. There are regular notes I am always trying to pin but when the student has more than one important note I’m often having to choose between them, which leaves some key information not immediately visible to staff. Allowing 2-3 pinned notes would make it much easier to flag everything at a glance.
