Work-based Learning layout

Previously, we used to easily be able to see what students were in progress for their work based learning (placement shifts). It would open up to a layout that showed all the current students in progress, now every student is put together on a list and we need to scroll through pages and pages worth to see who is still in progress because it's not possible to filter to remove all the completed students. 

It makes it time consuming to monitor the in progress students as they are the important ones and not the students who have completed their work based learning.

Please consider changing the layout back to how it used to be or add in a filter that allows to show only 'in progress' students.
