Conditional Workflow

It would be great if aXcelerate could introduce conditional triggers for workflows linked to saved reports.

To ensure we capture all valid data, the workflow needs to run frequently. However, we only want the workflow to trigger when the report contains more than 0 records.

At the moment, the workflow sends the report every time it runs,even when the report returns 0 results which leads to unnecessary notifications being sent to clients/us.

Is it possible to add a condition or filter so the workflow triggers only when the saved report contains data?

  Yes, this would be a great function. Would be good if could depend on internal vs external.

  Internal: have it say there are no records

  External: don't send anything.
