Duplicate Contacts in New Entries via Bulk Upload

    We have experienced the same issue. At the moment we are trialing using the bulk upload to determine duplicates via email only to try and prevent this.

    Hi Helen, while that is possible, it may result in the creation of duplicate accounts if existing users have changed their email addresses.

    Hopefully, the developer can consider using surname and USI for matching, as these are typically the most consistent data points provided by clients. I can't rely on USI alone, as some clients don’t provide it.
