Introduce an audit log feature to track and record all user-initiated changes to student records and other key data. Suggest capturing the username, timestamp, affected student ID, before and after values for any changed fields (updated unit outcomes, client details, etc).

  Agree! I requested this over four years ago and I haven't seen any progress. We really need an activity log for each user type that captures all actions performed in aXcelerate.

  Great post, Stacie! I find your ingenuity refreshing. Your employer has a valuable asset in you.

  I do recall at aXcelerate Day last year there was talk about a bit of an audit log. From a RTO/integrity perspective, it would be great if we could see overall tables relating to any changes made within aXc for the RTO, not just curated options. A big one I could see would also be where something is deleted and thus no longer showing (student, workshop, class enrolment, unit enrolment).
