Could you please enable functionality for images in the library to be updated system-wide? For example, if a sharper image is available, or if an existing image is no longer compliant and needs replacement, it would be highly beneficial if updating the image in the library automatically amended it across all locations where it is used. Having version control—similar to what exists in the resources library—would also make it easier to track and identify any changes made.

At present, we must upload a new image and manually locate every instance where that image appears in the system. This process is not user-friendly and increases the risk of non-compliance, as some outdated images may be overlooked.

As an alternative, if automatic replacement across all locations is not possible, a record identifying where each image is displayed would at least allow us to ensure that no required updates are missed when a new image is uploaded.

  Agree, the introduction of tags is good for moving forward (if we are clever in how we tag). But all the past uploads are a mess and don't even know where to start to clean it up. 
  Automatically updating in all places the image is being used would be a dream.
