Hide portfolio fields in onboarding form

It would be great if there was an option to hide fields like 'expiry date' against portfolio document uploads. For certain documents requested in our onboarding form, the 'issued by' and 'expiry date' fields are not relevant and just create visual clutter and confusion for the user.

Alternatively, a separate document upload type for use in onboarding forms would work.

  Yes please! 
  We want to make things as simple as possible for the student, and just want them to be able to submit the file without data entry on top. 
  
  It would make more sense to us, and lead to greater accuracy, if Admin entered expiry dates/issued by when needed, rather than the student. 
  Admin entry is something that would also tie in with a portfolio uploads 'checking' system (https://support.axcelerate.com.au/hc/en-gb/community/posts/12402962899727-Portfolio-Checklists-approval-system)
