Contact Notes visible in learner portal similar to Admin view please
We would like our learners to be able to view in the Learner portal all communications and email templates that have been sent to them over the period of their qualification. Like a one-stop-shop view so they do not have to trawl through their emails looking for emails.

I agree, not all contact notes should be visible to students. However I suggest that each contact note may receive a flag (e.g. tick box selectable) if the respective contact note should be visible in the learner portal.
Visibility of the contact note ideally would include the visibility of any attachments to the note.
