Fix follow up tasks
PlannedWhen we used to add follow up tasks, it would automatically default to the user who was creating it, set the date a week ahead and when you added the reminder it would add the date to be the same as the follow up due date.
I see that these settings are no longer there, and you have to manually add all this information in. I would like to see the defaults added back in so follow ups can be easily added without having to manually add this information.

Is this creating a followup via a contact note or creating a followup tasks directly?

Makes 100% sense to me to have a default for the reminder and defaulting the user that is creating the task as I imagine this will be the most common scenario.
For setting the date, this one sounds like one I'll want to dig a little deeper on to understand how often this was adjusted by users to see if we can pick a better default long term!
