Merge student profile - alert for non-admin users
Having an alert on a profile page for a potential duplicate profile would be beneficial. Currently, only ADMIN user types can see any alerts for potential duplicates and act upon them. Personally, I'm not keen to allow any of our partners to complete a merge of duplicate profiles, but at least if they know that a student has a potential duplicate profile, they can request assistance from an ADMIN user.
Duplicate profiles create issues with historical notes, users accessing their Learner Portals, marking of assessments etc etc.

Just confirming, what types of users would you want this available for specifically, and what information would you want to display?
Just a warning that there are potential duplicates?
