Online Assessment authenticity/verification

Are there any plans for aXcelerate to introduce some form of online assessment authenticity/verification process for students? There is more and more chatter around a student declaration alone no longer being sufficient.

  If I'm understanding this correctly, there may already be something like that?

  System Settings > Web & Other Integrations > Plagiarism Detection (Turnitin)
  
  It detects anyone who plagiarised work and AI generated content.

  This would add a layer of authenticity / verification for the assessments.

  Is this what you meant?

  No, that detects plagiarism. What I mean is confirming that the person sitting behind the computer completing the assessment is in fact the student. Some companies are doing this by having the camera active while they are doing the assessment, comparing the video/photo generated against photo ID (I think).

  That would be a great feature to have on board. The closest to that sort of thing would probably be Respondus Monitor - basically a proctoring system that integrates with LMS, but I'm not sure if it can integrate with aXcelerate yet.

  I would like to see more around this - we have just moved one of our most critical knowledge assessments into axc, rather than paper based, but this brings risk with it. eg; using a device means potential for opening other screens in the background to search for answers. We would love to see something like the moodle function where users are locked out of all other screens while completing this assessment - this would help with both in person and remote examinations. The function suggested by OP would also be useful for remote exams. Keen to see what's on the roadmap for this. Thank you!
