Agreement to be sent to Sender Once Signed

It would be nice to be notified as the sender once an agreement has been signed by all parties. Currently, only the people signing get notified, and not the person who has sent it. This becomes an issue for Training Plans for an example, as I send them out but am not notified once fully signed, so have to manually check each day on their contact profile so that we can upload it to WAAMS as required.

  Thanks for adding to this idea!
  
  It sounds like a CC list would be the most flexible way to approach this.
  
  In some other clients I have spoken to, with the current functionality, you could add yourself as a signatory ordered as first (although this is extra work and steps) or having a report or workflow setup to inform you of completed Agreements would be your best bet.

  Hi Shana,

  Agree it would be good if there were stronger notification functionality around it.

  At the moment, I have a workflow set up that notifies me of any completed the previous day.

  Happy to give you some tips if you need help setting up.

  Or even including the option of a "CC" recipient, similar to that of other E-Signature software. A bit more flexible then limiting it to just the option of notifying the employer!
