Emailing notes

Hi All,

Currently, when adding a note under a student's profile in axcelerate to be emailed to another staff member it shows a lot of different names. Is there a way this option can be removed so it only shows staff members/trainer names?

  100% agree, we put in a support ticket about it because this seems like a huge issue that file notes can be sent to people outside of the organisation.
