It would be valuable to us as an organisation that is moving to online enrolments via the student portal to have the ability to lock down changes to the students personal details once initially entered. We are finding students are not declaring disabilities upon initially completing personal details and then at some point during their course changing this to a declared disability. Unfortunately, we would then not have done the appropriate support for them as we only find this out through our internal monitoring process.

  We hear you that enrolment and onboarding forms can be a frustrating process to manage, especially when students don't disclose all necessary information upfront. Great news, we have a new feature 'Learner Onboarding' designed to support this, while keeping the tedious admin burden to a minimum. 

  Learner Onboarding gathers the essential details you requested from learners from within the learner portal before they start their course, and provides visibility into learner progress.

  Hi again Karen,

  Just letting you know you can also edit learner permissions from the Admin Portal > System Settings > Learner Portal and App Settings > scroll down to Learner Profile. Hope this helps!
