    Hi Sashi,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and providing detailed scenarios, we really appreciate your input. We can see how this functionality would be valuable, and it’s something we’ve considered as part of our ongoing improvements. While our current focus is on delivering other enhancements and new features to our LMS, we’ll keep this in mind as we assess future development priorities. Keep an eye out for updates as resources become available.

The system to move students to new versions is very clunky and time consuming.

An automatic versioning system that seamlessly applies updates to current class enrolments without requiring cancellation and re-enrolment, would not only safeguard assessment integrity but also ensure compliance and consistency across cohorts.

I agree that this functionality should be prioritised, as it aligns with quality assurance principles and would bring considerable efficiency to administrators.

I called for such an update 3 years ago:
Deep Edit assessments with instances attached – aXcelerate Support

It was "answered at the time" -
"I will turn this post into a support request and have a member of the team reach out to you."

Adding my support for this function - and excited to see what the future development brings for authoring.

Adding to this could you please create a report that shows the version / name that each person is enrolled into. After going through and doing an update through a revision I had to go back and try and find those classes that did not update automatically since someone on the class was already in progress for that unit.
