Urgent Request: Reinstate Model Answer editing in current version of Assessment
There appears not to be any changes to xclr8 in reference to Martin Jones comment?
We also need this resolved urgently.

Is there a work-around this issue.
Martins comments below:
New editing of assessment - textual changes to question still allowed, but not Model Answer
Regrading recent (Feb 2025) changes to assessment editing.
Retained: we can still edit question text - a highly useful function without having to make a new version. - Because when the RTO transferred paper-based resources to Axcelerate typos were made. The ability to make minor adjustments without needing to create a new version (and hence NOT fix the typo for classes currently using the assessment is annoying) Our trainers often pre-check materials and note a typo before running the class. There can be several reasons why a new version may not be available to a current class.
NO Longer Allowed. Despite us being able to adjust text, Ax have locked the ability to edit the model answer. This is not consistent with the ability to adjust the question. (I understand you are thinking from a compliance perspective - BUT it is not logical to allow a question edit AND NOT a model answer edit.
Sometimes small errors can creep in such as a broken link or incorrect page reference. To make such adjustments is NOT a compliance risk for us.
I request that the ability to edit the model answer is re-instated as matter of urgency. Please consider a permission to allow this if re-instating is an issue.

Hi Mark,
RE: The model answer is now updatable by entering Edit mode within an assessment.
I simply no longer have the ability to update any kind of Model Answer in any way through the edit mode.
This ability is extremely important, and we don’t understand why it had to be removed in the first place.
My problem is the same as what others have/are experiencing being locked out to provide minor adjustments to include other versioned answers.
Look forward to your reply.
Frank
