Workflow automation for inactive students

Is there any way I can create a report or workflow to be able to send a reminder email to current/in-progress students who have had no activity for the past 4 weeks? The log report is not working for us because the report still includes cancelled or completed students. It will also be perfect if we can filter based on their enrolment date.

    Hi Ivy

    The Class Enrolments - Warehoused report with the following filters will identify current students that haven't logged into their Learner Portal in a given timeframe:

    • Last Login Date = X
    • Enrolment Status = In Progress
