    Hey Everyone,

We’ve added this as a new feature! Agreement Recipient fields now have the option of a required status that prevents signing until the field is completed.

This update is included in our release on the 22nd of July and is listed in our release notes. Feel free to let us know what you think.

Surprised this was not already considered when the team implemented agreements. A very handy feature which definitely should be included.

We would also like to see the option to include mandatory fields in agreements!!

Agree. It's not as obvious to the recipient that there are other fields needing to be completed and it's easy for the recipient to complete the signature field before completing the other agreement fields.

The problem with this is that as soon as the signature field is filled in, the document is marked as completed and nothing can be recorded in the other fields.

Agree. Signatories see the "Sign now" button at the bottom of the screen. Click on that immediately, and unfortunately skip through fields that would otherwise be set to mandatory.

Agree with the above. We get 9/10 agreements come back incomplete as student simply just sign without entering the required information.

Hi Rikka, Thanks for the update. This is a great feature.

We have just trialed it and it seems every recipient input field can be made mandatory except for the checkbox.

Is this able to be made mandatory also?

    Thank you,

    Laura

Hi Laura, I hear you on the checkboxes, you’re right, they don’t currently support being mandatory. I’ve noted it down as something to explore in our next iteration of this feature, thanks for the feedback!
