LOVE the idea Joshua and have added my vote to this.  I can see some complications with the click and pay function, especially if aXcelerate isn't being used as the primary finance system - but surely a function like this could integrate with eWay, EzyPay and other finance systems to facilitate that?  I can definitely see value in enhancements to the quoting functionality and some automation around changing from a quote into an invoice or even a course/workshop shell.

thanks mate.. yes maybe, but if it can integrate with Stripe (and XERO) already this id think wouldn't pose an issue, nor would a deposit function which stripe can do (EzyPay cant but at the Axcelerate day have said its at the top of requests and roll out as a function)..also a ongoing request for B2B and B2C clients.. ??

We are moving to aXcelerate after using a different system, and one of the features we will lose in the process is the ability to provide B2B training quotes. Our existing system allows quotes to be accepted by the client in-browser, and invoices and training instances to be triggered following acceptance.

We'd love to see something similar in aXcelerate, possible even tied into the upcoming Client Portal revamp. There is a very basic quoting feature already in aXcelerate as a starting point, but it's essentially a legacy item and has such potential to be built into something bigger and better.

Create client quotes directly in Axcelerate using existing client and course pricing data and convert accepted quotes to enrolments and invoices with minimal re‑entry. Support simple dropdown selections for public courses and an editable field for private/custom courses.
