Client Portal Reporting - Organisations
Currently the reports in the Client Portal only report data based on the candidate being linked to the organisation AT THE TIME OF ENROLMENT.
This means that if for some reason a contact is not linked at the time of enrolment but is updated subsequently, it will still not appear on reports through the Client Portal, however do appear on reports that are run through the axcelerate admin portal.
This means the Clients who are using the Client Portal are not getting accurate information and results in us having to send them the same reports each month to ensure they are included as well as additional emails when we flag that a candidate may not appear on the reports they run.
It would be great if the Client Portal APIs could be changed/upgraded to include candidates who have an organisation at the point in time the report is run (keeping in mind that the reports are warehoused).

My understanding is that axcelerate have done this so that current employers can't see training history from other past employers, but it does cause some issues like the one that you've described. A better solution would definitely be needed. I'm not sure if that solution is to allow them to access and report on all past training activity or to link the reports to the linked contact in the classes/programs.
