new follow up tasks don't show the notes related to the task

Legacy follow up tasks show the text that was recorded at the time the note was created. The new follow-up task system does not. As a result, if multiple notes are recorded between time the follow up task was created and the follow up task due date it's impossible to know what the purpose of the follow up was. 

It's also makes it extra tricky if you're assigned a follow up task from someone else or you're wanting to action a follow up on behalf of another person.

I'm not sure what the logic was for setting it up differently to the legacy follow up tasks but I would certainly love to be able to see the note associated with the follow up task when I action it.

If the new follow up task system can be updated to provide the same functionality as the legacy follow up tasks that would be useful and appreciated.

  I second this, would be useful to see the date and note - using this function is difficult when it's hard to know what it relates to.
