Remove mandatory contact on Accomodation field and/or replace with a free text field

As a new user, I can't imagine any benefit to adding a mandatory contact to the Accommodation field, it just means you have to add every single hotel etc you will ever use to your contacts. In our business this could be hundreds. If it was non-mandatory and/or there was a free text field you could just add the Hotel name and any other information required in the notes. We cannot use this functionality unless it changes unfortunately.

We are encountering the same challenges. Would imagine there are many other aX users who would benefit from having a simpler way to capture Travel and Accommodation information and having it accessible to Trainers.
