eLearning open prior to class start date

It would be beneficial to be able to have eLearning open automatically prior to an actual course start date for precourse learning. Maybe using the workflow engine.

  How is this still not a feature, surely there are a range of RTO's that would need this for short courses such as first aid or CPR?

  Hi James,

  We recently released the ability to provide an eLearning access start and end date offset t linked eLearning.

  • AX-8710 - eLearning access date offsets have been added to Workshop Types. These dates are used for controlling access to related eLearning before and after the course.

  

  Hopefully, this functionality will assist you.
